A 21-year-old woman was struck and killed by a car on the near north side of Indianapolis Monday night.
Police say the woman got off a bus near 34th and Meridian streets. As she crossed the street, she was struck by the car.
Witnesses told police the vehicle was a red Dodge Charger that was traveling south on Meridian Street and never stopped. Investigators believe the car should have damage to its front end.
