Steven J. Glaser

Steven J. Glaser was admitted to the Indiana State Bar in 1990. He was also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit Court, U.S. District Court -Northern and Southern Districts in 1990. Steven received his legal education from Indiana University – Bloomington. Prior to law school, Steven graduated from Ball State with a Bachelor of Science degree. Steven’s memberships include: Allen County Trial Lawyers Association, Indiana State Bar Association, Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. Some of Steven’s published opinions include: Custer v. Stale, 637 N.E.2d 187 (Ind. Ct. App. 1994); American Standard Iris. Co. v. Bakehorn, 147 B.R. 480 (ND. Ind. 1994); McClendon v. Stale, 671 N.E. 2d 486 (Ind. Ct. App. 1996); and DeKalb County Div. of Family & Children Servs. v. Platter (In re Platter), 140 F.3d 676 (7th Cir. 1998). Robert H. Ebbs

Robert H. Ebbs was admitted to the Indiana State Bar in 1990. He was also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court – Northern and Southern Districts. Robert’s preparatory and legal education came from Indiana University – Bloomington (B.S., M.P.A, and J.D.). Robert is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, Marion County Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and the National Bar Association. Robert serves on the board of Directors for the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. Glaser & Ebbs has been an “A+” rated BBB Accredited Business since 05/11/1995.

Michael A. Busching

Michael A. Busching was admitted to the Michigan State Bar in 1999 and the Indiana State Bar in 2000. Michael was also admitted to practice in the US District Court Northern District of Indiana. Michael’s preparatory education came from Western Michigan University (BA., cum laude), and he received his legal education from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Michael is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association.

Bert Dahm

Albert (“Bert”) J. Dahm is an accomplished, creative, energetic, skilled lawyer with more than 25 years of experience in complex lawsuits, class actions, and multi-jurisdiction claims.  Bert has first-chaired matters in numerous state and federal courts in a variety of matters including medical device product liability, wrongful death, and personal injury.  Bert is an AV® Preeminent™ rated lawyer and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America® since 2006.  Bert has argued appeals in the in the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second, Third, Seventh, and Ninth Circuits.  Bert obtained his undergraduate degree from Xavier University (B.S.B.A. magna cum laude) and his law degree from Indiana University – Indianapolis, where he was a member of the Indiana Law Review and New York City Bar National Moot Court Team.  Bert is a member of the Allen County Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice (Product Liability Section).

Theresa Ebbs

Theresa Ebbs was admitted to the Indiana State Bar in 2005. At that time, she was also admitted to practice before the U.S. Northern and Southern District Courts. Theresa obtained her undergraduate degree from Purdue University and her law degree from Indiana University-Indianapolis. She is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. In 2006, Theresa was awarded the distinction of Advocate by the American Association for Justice.

Christina R. Hubley

Christina R. Hubley was admitted to the Indiana State Bar in 2010. At that time she was also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court-Northern and Southern District. Christina received her legal education from Valparaiso University where she was also a member of Law Review. Prior to law school, Christina graduated from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College with a Bachelor of Science (B.S. cum laude, 2007). She is presently a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Allen County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

Katherine M. Marshall

Katherine M. Marshall was admitted to the Indiana State Bar in 2013. At that time, she was also admitted to practice before the U.S. Northern and Southern District Courts. Katherine obtained her undergraduate degree from Indiana University – Bloomington and her law degree from IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she was a member of the Legal Writing section of the Dean’s Tutorial Society. Before being admitted to practice law, Katherine was a legal assistant for Glaser & Ebbs for seven years. She is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice.

Jennifer E. McKibben

Jennifer E. McKibben was admitted to the Indiana State Bar in 2007. At that time, she was also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court-Northern and Southern Districts. Jennifer received her legal education from Indiana University – Indianapolis (J.D. 2007). Prior to law school, Jennifer graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science (B.S., magna cum laude, 2004). She is presently a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Allen County Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice.

Konstantine (Kim) G. Orfanos

Konstantine G. Orfanos (also known as ‘Kim’), graduated with a Juris Doctor from Indiana University School of Law, Bloomington (now the Indiana University Mauer School of Law), in 1980. A lifelong resident of Indiana, he was an undergraduate at Indiana University and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry in 1977. Over his legal career, he has practiced in many different areas of the law. In addition to his legal practice, he has taught Wills, Trusts and Estate Administration at Indiana University Purdue University, Indianapolis, since 1994. Currently, his has focused his practice on Bankruptcies and on Guardianships, Wills, Trusts and Probate Estate Administration, in the Central Indiana area.

Sarah E. Reser

Sarah E. Reser was admitted to the Indiana State Bar in 2007. She was also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Sarah obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan (B.S., with high distinction, 2003) and her law degree from Indiana University – Bloomington (J.D., magna cum laude, 2007). She is a member of the Allen County Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice.

Elizabeth R. Thatcher

Elizabeth R. Thatcher was admitted to the Indiana State Bar in 2013. At that time, she was also admitted to practice before the U.S. Northern and Southern District Courts. Elizabeth received her legal education from IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she was a member of the Health Law Society and received a Graduate Certificate in Health Law. Prior to law school, Elizabeth graduated from Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N., summa cum laude, 2010). Elizabeth is a native of Decatur, Indiana, and a 2006 graduate of Bellmont High School. She is currently a member of the Allen County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Sabrina Kitsos

Sabrina J. Kitsos was admitted to the Indiana State Bar in 2004. At that time she was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Sabrina is a consumer bankruptcy attorney who has spent her legal career helping individuals file for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy in Indiana. Sabrina obtained her undergraduate degree from Centre College in Danville, KY (B.A., 2001) and her law degree from the University of Toledo School of Law in Ohio (J.D., 2004). Sabrina is a member of the Allen County Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA).

Stacy L. Kelley

Stacy L. Kelley is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Indiana University in 1992 and her Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law in 1996. Stacy was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1996 and was licensed to practice throughout the State of Indiana, including the U.S. District Court – Southern and Northern Districts. Upon being admitted to practice, Stacy took an Associate Attorney position with Roberts & Bishop in Indianapolis and practiced primarily in the area of civil litigation, including insurance defense-bodily injury, asbestos litigation, family law, personal injury, probate, foreclosures, and criminal defense. Subsequently, she took an of Counsel position with Lee, Cossell, Kuehn, & Love, LLP, continuing primarily in the area of civil litigation. Stacy’s professional affiliations include: Indiana State Bar Association, past Board of Governors, past Young Lawyers Section District Representative; American Bar Association; Indianapolis Bar Association – past Board of Managers; Marion County Bar Association – past Board of Directors; Indianapolis Inns of Court; National Bar Association; CLE Instructor – “Basic Depositions”; Appointed to Indiana Supreme Court Public Trust Group; Indiana Supreme Court Pro Bono Commission, Indiana Supreme Court Board of Law Examiners – Character & Fitness Committee. Her practice concentration is primarily in civil litigation. This includes family law, personal injury, probate, real estate transactions, criminal defense and insurance defense.

Finis Tatum IV

Finis Tatum IV

Finis Tatum IV is of counsel at Glaser & Ebbs.  He concentrates his practice on criminal defense and personal injury cases.

Prior to joining Glaser & Ebbs, Finis was an attorney in a small business law firm and practiced in various areas of law, including: commercial real estate, municipal law, construction, employment, mergers and acquisitions, business entity formation, bankruptcy, divorce, and probate and estate planning.  Before entering private practice, Finis served as a law clerk for then-Chief Justice Randall T. Shepard on the Indiana Supreme Court.  He was a summer associate for Ice Miller, LLP in the product liability section and was a summer intern for the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office.

Finis is actively involved in the legal and broader communities.  He graduated from the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Bar Leader Series and has served on a number of the bar’s various committees.  Finis also graduated from the Emerging Leader’s Project and the Indiana State Bar’s Leadership Development Academy.  In the community, he is the board chairman for International Ministries, Inc., which is an organization operating in greater-Indianapolis to address systemic crime and provides disaster relief abroad.  He also coaches for Eagle Creek Little League in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Before law school, Finis was a para-professional in MSD Wayne Township.  He was also a case manager for foster children in Indianapolis.  In this role, he helped provide social services for children in need of services and mentored disenfranchised youth on education and empowerment.

Finis earned his B.A. in History from Purdue University – West Lafayette in 2003 and he played football on the Big Ten champion and 2001 Rose Bowl team.  He was a member of the Phi Eta Sigma, Alpha Lambda Delta, and Phi Alpha Theta Honor Societies.  Finis earned his J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2010, where he was an Indiana Conference for Legal Education Fellow, president of the Black Law Student Association, and served as the student representative for the faculty recruitment and diversity committees.

In 2017, Finis was named on the Indiana Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for his work in criminal defense.  The National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys presented Finis with the 2017 Nationally Ranked Top 10 under 40 Attorney Award.

Finis is admitted to practice law in Indiana’s state and federal courts. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, Marion County Bar Association, and Hancock County Bar Association.
