Steven J. Glaser is one of the founders of Glaser & Ebbs, the highly respected Indiana law firm.
Steven was admitted to the Indiana State Bar in 1990. He was also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit Court, U.S. District Court -Northern and Southern Districts in 1990.
Steven received his legal education from Indiana University – Bloomington. Prior to law school, Steven graduated from Ball State with a Bachelor of Science degree. Steven’s memberships include: Allen County Trial Lawyers Association, Indiana State Bar Association, Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice.
Some of Steven’s published opinions include: Custer v. Stale, 637 N.E.2d 187 (Ind. Ct. App. 1994); American Standard Iris. Co. v. Bakehorn, 147 B.R. 480 (ND. Ind. 1994); McClendon v. Stale, 671 N.E. 2d 486 (Ind. Ct. App. 1996); and DeKalb County Div. of Family & Children Servs. v. Platter (In re Platter), 140 F.3d 676 (7th Cir. 1998).
