Attorney Bert Dahm

Albert (“Bert”) J. Dahm is an accomplished, creative, energetic, and skilled lawyer at Glaser & Ebbs with more than 25 years of experience handling complex lawsuits, class actions, and multi-jurisdiction claims.

Bert has first-chaired matters in numerous state and federal courts in a variety of matters including medical device product liability, wrongful death and personal injury.  Bert is an AV® Preeminent™ rated lawyer and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America® since 2006.  Bert has argued appeals in the in the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second, Third, Seventh, and Ninth Circuits.

Bert obtained his undergraduate degree from Xavier University (B.S.B.A. magna cum laude) and his law degree from Indiana University – Indianapolis, where he was a member of the Indiana Law Review and New York City Bar National Moot Court Team.  Bert is a member of the Allen County Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice (Product Liability Section).
